Managing a household and a family is already busy enough. Throw in additional appointments, therapies, care tasks, phone calls with insurance, DMEs, and the like, and life as a caregiver can start to feel a lot like precariously juggling a stack of plates while riding a unicycle (cue: Red Panda).

While caring for a medically-complex or disabled loved one, there are tasks that can’t easily be outsourced. But for most of us, there are some routine tasks that can be handed off, in doing so, reclaiming some time back in your day to breathe, rest, or find (maybe a little more) balance for yourself. That’s our goal – caregivers who are more connected to themselves and the people around them.
